Sraax is designed as a private scrapbook application for capturing and organizing your small daily joys. Our core philosophy is simple: your personal moments belong to you alone. This privacy policy explains how we approach information when you use our application.

When you use Sraax to add photos from your library, crop images to 4:3 format, write personal notes, and organize your entries by categories like Person, Animal, Object, Dialogue, Scene, or Custom categories you create, all of this content remains deeply personal. We built Sraax with privacy at its core, and this document outlines our practices regarding any information that might be handled when you use the app.

By using Sraax, you agree to the practices described in this policy. We've designed Sraax to be as private as possible by default, and we want you to feel confident that your personal memories remain yours.

Sraax is designed to function without collecting any personal information from you. The only information the app handles is:

• Photos you import from your device library to create entries
• Notes and text you write for your scrapbook entries
• Your organization preferences (categories you create, collage layouts you choose)
• Usage statistics that are stored only on your local device for your profile stats feature

At no point do we automatically collect, transmit, or store your personal data on external servers. We don't use tracking technologies, we don't collect analytics, and we don't gather any personally identifiable information about you.

All of your personal data remains exclusively on your device.

When you create entries, save photos, write notes, and organize your scrapbook, all of this content is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain cloud servers, we do not sync your data to any external service, and we cannot access your content in any way.

The collages you create (by saving seven moments within the week) are only exported to your device's photo library at your explicit request. At no point does Sraax transmit these collages or your original entries to any third party or external server.

Your profile statistics, which count how many entries you've created per category and how many collages you've made, are also calculated and stored only on your local device.

Since your data never leaves your device, it's only used by you, for your personal purposes. Specifically:

• Your photos and notes are used to display your scrapbook entries as you browse through your collection by category
• Your weekly moments are used to generate collages when you choose to create one with grid or polaroid layouts
• Your entry data is used locally to calculate the profile statistics that you can view within the app
• Your organization preferences are stored locally to maintain your custom categorization system

We never access, use, or analyze your personal data for any purpose. There are no algorithms processing your content, no targeted advertising based on your activity in the app, and no data mining of any kind.

We do not share any of your personal data with third parties. Because we never collect your data in the first place, there is nothing to share.

You may choose to export collages you've created to your device's photo library, and from there you might choose to share them through other apps or services. Any sharing after you export content from Sraax is governed by the privacy policies of those other services, and we encourage you to review their policies before sharing.

We will never disclose your personal content to any legal entity unless explicitly required by applicable law, and even then, since we don't have access to your data, we would not be able to provide it. Only you have access to your personal scrapbook content.

Because all your data lives on your device, you have complete control over it at all times:

• You can edit any moment directly from its detail screen whenever you want
• You can delete any entry at any time, removing it completely from your device
• The app includes local data controls that let you export all your data or delete all your data directly within the app
• You can browse your collection in the way that works best for you, whether by category or through the weekly horizontal carousel view on the Home screen

Since we don't hold any of your data, you don't need to request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it — everything is already under your direct control through the app's interface.

You maintain full rights to all the content you create in Sraax. We don't claim any ownership over your photos, notes, or collages — they're your personal memories, and they remain yours entirely.

We've built Sraax with a privacy-first design that naturally provides strong security for your personal content. Because your data doesn't leave your device, it's protected by whatever security measures you have on your own device (passcode, biometric authentication, etc.).

The cozy pink scrapbook design isn't just about aesthetics — it's part of creating a safe, personal space for you to capture your daily joys. We've engineered the app to avoid unnecessary data transmission that could create security risks.

We regularly update the application to fix any potential security vulnerabilities and maintain the highest standards of security for your local data.

We may occasionally update this privacy policy to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we make changes, we'll update the effective date at the top of this policy and include the updated policy within the application.

We will always maintain our core commitment to keeping your data local and private. Any changes will be consistent with our original privacy-first philosophy, and we'll clearly highlight any material changes within the app before they take effect.
